woo hoo!!
we manage to move it with out getting the whole house wet , and even my socks stayed dry"
just to remind everyone why i have to move this monster!
my friend is closing down his indoor pond, and I've decided to re home his 20" TSN.
what my friend did the day before i come over to pick up the fish was that he turn off the heater in the pond, and with the cold weather the water drop to around 19*C!
this morning when i got there we used a large pond net to guide the TSN to the edge of the indoor pond and then once its in the water surface and just pick it up with our hands lol. it didn't even bother to fight, this is because fish is coldblooded and with the cold water, the catfish was too slow to react.
once i got the catfish home i use a drip method to slowly rise the water temp and also to replace the water at the same time. given 1hr of exchange tank water i just empty the whole lot into the holding tank.
so far so good, everything is going as it should be. it had a few cuts and stuff, but this was done few days ago because his TSN was having a Punch up with his giant gourami lol, I've added mela fix so it should heal soon i hope.
