How to remove epoxy from off of bulkhead

I hate you. Now I feel bad about my plumbing and want to redo it.
I mean....I won't. But now I feel bad about that too!
I had to do a similar repair just the other day.
My old bulkheads were leaking and needed replacement, and were so cemented (corroded) on, the old bulkheads had to be cut off using a Dremel tool and hand saw.
