My ph is at 6.8-7.0, I got a bunch of driftwood which help. But knowing that mobas like hard water it's not really bad since they are F1 and very adaptive.

Yeah that good. My ph sky rocketed up to 7.4 or so and they live fine in it too.. But I noticed when I had their ph at around 5.7-6.2 the colors were the best. In my experience anything above 6.8 their color gets drained. It's interesting.

Ph in the wild is mostly 5.7-6.0 or so. Very soft. Ph just differs in every major river. Some are similar and some are different. Usually all soft water in South America.

Yea so maybe that why there color is really nice in anything 6.8 and lower. Do you think f1s would always have good color in different phs?
