Not only does man have the power to destroy the earth but it's the small things we all take for granted in our 1st world nations that will in the end causing the most damage.

Yes I know every thing is enviro frendly now etc. etc., but can that bring back the animals we have alrady wiped out and that recycling now that were running out of room in the land fills will help with the damage done untill 2000 when they really started to push for change? (still not that happy with the cange till now but better then none)

No I'm not an activest (I drive a car, eat fast food, use ungodly amounts of power to run the tanks and computers and what not) just stating a point.

Man has the ability to end life, but the earth is a mass orbiting around the sun and will do so until either the sun destroys the earth or something hits the earth destroying it. There is a difference between destroying man and destroying earth, just cause man wipes out all life on the planet and turns it into a flaming abyss doesn't mean life wont once again exist on earth later. We may start the whole cycle again or end it completely but either way the earth will still be floating around the sun.
 
Either the sun expanding, or a direct hit from a large meteor or a comet.

I think it will be man kind. Probably some Nukes. And I think soon as in our life time! Probably when Miss Clinton takes office, or soon after. Because the part of the world, we are at war with, will not like talking to a woman and my not at all. As you may know women in that part of the world have no say in anything, thay even have to keep there face covered in public. And in some countrys the girls are circumcised, " that is the removal of the clit" .The belief is, that this will help keep them from committing adultery. And If you don't think they don't like us now just wait untill she gets in office. Can you understand
