Good form, way to go ALL the way down instead of cheating yourself by stopping a few inches up like most people do and then make excuses for it. 225 @10 i'm guessing will put you in the neighborhood of a 300 pound max, probably a bit more. Thats a pretty good lift. How much do you weigh?? The true measure of strength for a benchpress is your lift to bodyweight ratio, not necessarily how much you can lift. take your max press and divide it by your body weight. If your over 2.0 your doin something right!!! I don't know how wide your grip is but when i lift i go as wide as i can, it feels wierd at first, but after you get used to it the power just comes, and it works your pecs more. btw i also like how your spotter didn't just rip the weight off you, he let you work for it. I think it's time for triple pancakes. Man i can talk about lifting all day lol.
