I was maxing 305 and doing 225 10 times last school year but I didn't lift over the summer very much I can probably get 225 5 times right now n maybe max 275. Use it or lose it I always say! Lol I'm about 195lbs so not too bad I guess

On the bright side it is much easier to regain strength you once had than to increase strength beyond your personal bests.
