It looks huge! But I agree you should actually take it out the tank and measure it.

tough to tell from these pics, but to me (judging by the size of the heater and airline tubing) it looks like he's measuring in at most 5" SL (standard length), maybe 6.25" TL (total length).

impressive, nonetheless.

most people would call that a 5" con. I mentioned earlier the TL (Total Length) and SL (Standard length). most people go by standard length (not counting the tail fillament). these two different ways of measuring create confusion from time to time.

in any event, that's one hell of a specimen. what'd he set you back, if you don't mind me asking?
