Huge tanks with tiny fish

naughty i no...he hasent figured out he could eat everyone yet lol..plenty of places to move him when he does.
8-12 various goldfish i pick outta my feeders that come in with fan tails etc.

I love my 30" monsters and my salties....but nothing beats constant movement of swarms of little guys. Everyone needs atleast one tank like this. Good thread!

This is my kind of thread. Love to see big tanks with small to mid sized fish.
My largest fish is a 10" Clown Loach. Tank is 10'L x 3'W x 4'H.
I will probaly get flamed for saying this, but I think minimum tank size for Wide Bar Silver Dollars is a 6'x3' footprint. They grow pretty large (up to 12" from what I have heard, although my largest is still a baby at 8") are lightening fast and constantly moving...they need lots of space.

My favorite tank is the one with 5 silver dollars, 2 moonlight gouramis, 1 african knife fish, 1 buffalo head cichlid, 3 kribs...tons of action. Fun to watch. 75 gallon.
I have a 40G with discus growouts/ tetras next to a 150 with oscars, very striking and they highlight the differences when they are next to each other. Although I had to blackout the side of the Oscar tank as they just stared at the tetras!

That aquascaper "Amano" bUILDS tanks in the excess of 300+ gallons and more, sometimes thousand plus....His adaption to the monster tank is the focus on underwater placement of plants.....The type of fish he uses are normally Cardinal Tetra or the like................Look him up on youtube.......There is a video less than a year old that shows the building/decorating of a huge tank......People were actually using stools to get into the fish tank safely..............The fish he used were tetra...........
