I'm hoping my small carnivorous plant collection went through the winter okay...not sure though.

At least with the aquatic plants, the sellers are going just sending again no charge so its not like that much money went down the drain. It pays to buy from people that regularly sell plants and that you know pretty well. I think in general someone would rather refund by sending you more plants as opposed to having to deal with money. Besides, at the end of the day, the plants grow back for the seller so long as they keep some of their trimmings to themselves :P

I'm hoping to have enough plant mass to cut and share with people once the weather is warmer.
 
No pics atm, I'll try and post some from today later on or in a few days, but I added a trio of Trichopsis pumila – “Sparkling Gourami” to the tank cause my LFS just happened to have them and I just happened to be there. They are prettier in person than I thought they'd be based on pics I see of them online, their appearance is all about those subtle flashes of bright blue specks on their gray bodies and those bright blue eyes. I really got get a nice camera to take pics with lol

Also, all the plants (minus one or two but whatever) have grown superbly, I actually had to thin a few stems out (my 75 needed the plant mass though so they can live there for now).

I can't wait until the spring when I can safely get the last few plants I want for this tank growing. I want me a UG carpet dammit :P

Well done!! How do you keep your substrate soooooo pristine? And what's that I see growing in a pot next to the tank? Great pics too!!
