Hystrix Ray pup not eating

its not hystrix but its nice all the same.
its not fat but there is room for not eating yet IMO.
i think its probably just settling in . do small water changes. 25% or less .
keep trying with defrosted prawn ( break it up into small pieces and make sure enough gets to the bottom that the ray can get some ). remove any uneaten food.
if your really worried get some earth worms and chop them up small . the ray should eath those.

Worms have done the trick!!! Went crazy for them! That's a weight lifted, thanks again guys
I knew it!! That's fantastic mate.
Keep the lights off for a few more days though, it can't hurt and can only help settle the ray further.
Now you've got it feeding, start adding the foods it was feeding along with the worms, bit of luck it should feed on all the food items offered at once. Congrats again
Worms are irresistible to all the fish I've had that will eat. I'm happy to hear you got it eating.
Glad to hear he is eating. You have a potamotrygon orbignyi. Be prepared for a big ray, ive seen some monsters. You need to find a brazil hystrix if you are looking for a smaller ray.
