If you've got the ability to upgrade your tank size in the future and your current setup is up to scratch for a ray, plenty of filtration, fully cycled, plenty of dissolved oxygen, suitable tank mates and you do regular water changes (I did daily changes when I had my group in the 4x2', perhaps a little extreme but I was aware it was a small volume of water to keep several rays in which were fed several times a day) then I'd go ahead and buy it.
Make sure it's feeding before you buy it and ask if they've been treated for parasites seeing as they're WC.
