Hystrix Update of my own

Pete those hystrix are beauties, fat and healthy!!....I remember we corresponded around the same time you bought them from TUIC.....I only got a male due to size constraints, and he is just as nice as yours...he was 6-inches when I got him in early December and is now 10-inch disc......very fat and healthy....my only regret is not getting a female at the same time.....I am hoping some show up soon!! Again, your fish are great!

Both shed stingers yesterday. That's the second I've had from each of them since I got them in January - and much bigger this time too.

Holy cow. He was definitely having a bit of a prod at her this afternoon while I was changing water on the Motoro tank. She was showing him a lot of stinger, scorpion style, and he didn't even come close to flipping her, but I was like a kid in a candy store (or maybe a pr0n shop, watching ray foreplay).

I got some video but the main action played out before I grabbed my camera - and the low light situation made for very fuzzy pr0n anyway.
