I posted a picture here.... Take a good look at that snook b/c he is prob. no longer living :(
I am digusted with the treatment of fish at Sebastian Inlet, FL. My boyfriend and I were fishing across from the guy who caught that snook, which I might add is not the guy in the picture. After the original guy that caught that snook unhooked it got his picture then DROPPED IT , he picked it up and gave it to the guy in the picture so he could take one too. Well guess what? He DROPPED IT too, then he drops it AGAIN, for a total of 3 times. Now my boyfriend calls to tell me to look at one of the Sebastian Fishing Report sights... and behold. The picture at the bottom was posted on the site congratulating him for his catch that he didnt make to begin with and then dropped the fish twice... Congrats on the catch and prob. death of that snook. :irked: Which was roughly 35-40 inches.:irked::irked:

Sorry but I felt the need to post this, it really angered me.

nice looking fish. did he release it? maybe he made a meal out of it.

Yah he released and if you read what I post you should realize he prob. killed it too. Nice meal? Yah after it was mistreated and over the limit.

Ash I don't think some of us knew part of your anger was because of the limit ;) Cut the #2 post some slack ;)

It is a beautiful fish and a shame that it was dropped. :(

Nice fish and all but :chillpill: not everybody that goes fishing is a fishlover that keeps fish tanks at home. to them its just a sport and a fish is just a fish

Sorry I dont mean to be angry toward anyone its just frustrating that people like the guy in the pic and the one who caught it can be so careless and then just drop it again and again like nothing. The limit didnt bug me as they were going to throw it back but a lot of people keep oversized fish so yes that does fact does bother me (no I promise I am not talking angrily towrads you :) )

Yah b/c people are not educated about fishing and they should be (,There are free books on these fish that can easily be picked up almost anywhere that has to do with fishing that is put out by fish and wildlife/game) weather they think its sport and fish is a fish they shouldnt be careless and thats not an excuse for it.

;) I know ;) I have similar beliefs.

sadly there are people out there that dont respect living things, makes me sick too

First all the guy taking a pic with a fish he didnt catch ...jerk
Then abusing a fish that he is required to release ...jerk
Id rather use stronger language but Ill restrain myself.Youre right to be angry a youtube video of you giving him a :nutkick: would have been a good next post  :D
