you need a attorney to settle this.... was this stated in a will?? if not then you have no rights to it legally... if your aunt had power of attorney over your mom she is legally in charge of all possessions

uh jape, this money my mom has been saving FOR ALOTA YEARS and its special money from difernt continets or different parts of the world WHY WOULD I SPEND IT?!?! theres easly over 500.00 in all the money my mom saved for me.. so yah im not gonna spend it.

It collectable money than? Not U.S. Currency but currency collected from other nations as peices to keep?

Look at it this way.. your aunt won't spend it either.. I understand it has emotional value but it's just material things..

i believe Nic's advice is right. if its not stated in a Will left by your mother, then your aunt is legally the POA and has rights to it. Now, if you are 18 AND your mother stated in a will that that stuff is yours ONCE YOU ARE 18 then you need to call a lawyer.

btw you could contact a lawyer and go for a consult. this will cost you about 50 bucks or so.. and they can tell you legally if you have claim over anything-word of mouth is not good enough.
