No i dont think so. If the water parameter are good, water change are made and the fish as room to swim and turn around . what is the problem.
You are keeping fish captive ..... even if you had just a few fish in a 1000g you are still keeping fish captive so lets not get overzealous here.

Captive bred fish do not know what the wild is. Wild ones are another story but still have territorys

new to the forum and after reading this confused....does this mean i can put whatever fish i want to in my 75 with reason of course as long as i have good filtration and do proper water changes and give them a good balanced diet? stock now is two texas cichlids one jack dempsey one featherfin cat and a pictus cat.

For your 75, one texas and one JD plus the cats are okay...two texas may mean a pair and harassment of rest of the fish or death of one texas...You can take out one texas and throw something in, like a GT...

This is not true! Their still animals! I have both wc fish and captive breed.
