Biggest clue: If you bought an albino frog, it's the larger african clawed frog. There are no albino dwarf frogs known to date.

African clawed frogs have 'buggier' eyes than the dwarf frogs that have eyes flatter and more closely set into their skulls.

Dwarf frogs have more webbing between the 'fingers' of their forelegs. And, their waists appear leaner than their bulbous-waisted african clawed cousins.
 
well i wont be having this problem again.. i learned my friggin lesson :newbie: as for posting on controversial threads.. idk we all have that itch to scratch.. thank u all i have learned a ton of stuff about frogs all in one day :) i need it since i have them now.. cute little buggerz

thank you! i rigged my filter so the water wont drop into the tank so harsh since i lowered the water level.. i used an old filter lid and air tubing, now it doesnt even seem like its on! im quite shocked since im not a "rigger" haha
 
That sucks, sorry to hear about your snail. It seems you learned your lesson and its too bad some people trust and rely on employees working at their LFS/LPS when really 90% of them don't know jack. Best to do your own research and not believe what they tell you than to believe them and regret it

thanks man :) snails finally got over it and r back to normal.. im gonna post some pics when i catch the froggies by the snails.. they look so cool together!! my snails r brats and hate fish or anything active, but the new froggies dont bother them at all!! im pretty stoked lol <-- dork. as for the whole store episode (wow) got way outa control, but i found an amazing store with really great people (Oceans and Seas) so im a bit relieved on the whole lfs thing.. i didnt think after four different stores i would ever find one that was "decent". BUT i will always find out my own info on my fish, dogs, cats, oh and i got four kids rofl.. so i never have to be "sooo mad" evr again :) HAPPY ENDING

There are leucistic dwarf clawed frogs though.
