What if it wasn't the probe itself....I mean let's say the probe just gave the Swordtails really bad diarrhea and it just kept going like a waterfall until their organs came out and they sucked themselves inside out and imploded into nothing.....THAT's why he can't find the bodies anywhere!!!!
