I've been using the "doseage mixed with purified drinking water" and my alkalinity is almost to an acceptable level and pH is slowly climbing to where I want it.

What can I say...:mwave: good work.

Keep us posted. (ask Santa for a camera for Xmas so we can see too:D ).

crushed coral or limestone, in your sump would be your best bet, its natural in nature, and should bring your ph to 7.6-8.0.

You could add a piece or two of dead coral to your tank for decoration/pH and alkalinity raiser.

There is always the old Karstwasser for salt tanks

Piece of coral in a ray tank wouldn't be a great idea.

I'm not running a sump, so I'll just have to keep a close eye on my alkalinity from now on.

Sorry, forgot you were keeping rays. That would be badddd. I'm sure you could find some smooth pieces, or add some crushed coral into your filter.

Hopefully my alkalinity will stabalize at the level its at now and won't be a problem down the road, but only time will tell.

Thanks for the help guys :D
