0.02 of ammonia means that your filtration is not handling the bio load you have placed on it, or the tank is not cycled, but probably both. Looks like a 75 gallon to me.
 
Got a pic of the filtration. Dude you are lucky to come to mfk cause if u posted this on planet catfish im sure they would take a hit out on ya. Lol. I still wish u and the fish good luck.

NO NO NOOOOOOOOO THIS FILTERS IS JUST FOR AIR AND THE VIEW OF THE TANK ... I HAVE A UPPER FILTER WITH CARBON AND BIO BALLS I MADE IT BUY MY SELF

This thread is starting to seem familiar.

If I were in your situation I would euthanize the clarias and concentrate on water quality while I tried to give away the paroons. Once a week small feedings at the most and frequent water changes
