Ive been a maintnance man for almost 15 years , three of them in the projects of kansas city so i have seen alot worse than that . It seems as though people get angry when there evicted , or some people are packrats and cant get rid of anything and before they know it boom, this happens . I once was in an apartment that had newspapers stacked from ceiling to floor with only a path to walk through and a whole room devoted to pornography . took us a week of 2 people carting stuff and 2 40 yard dumpsters

this person is obviously mentally disturbed-this is a little snapshot of their mental health. my patients are neater than this person-and they are mentally very, very ill.
