seriously though we have a small house and it easily gets cluttered up but 15 minutes of pop can and random bits of flotsam and jetsum control a day keeps it under control.
Make it thirty if the dog has found something to make confetti with.

This is a clear case of hoarding which is an aspect of OCd and a mental illness. It is not a pretty thing and I have seen it first hand with my husbands uncle and grandmother. Their house is a biohazard.
I had to go in once to a house they simply walked away from due to its condition to help retrieve a hospital type bed and will never go in anywhere they live again.
We went in wearing tall boots and rubber gloves and masks because of the poo and rotten food.
