I got a FREE Arowana today!!! but theres a catch... he's badly injured!!!

Got some good news and bad news....

Good news is.. he's swimming and on top... i just did a water change and temperature is at 82 degrees.. i think thats the best i can do... since its about 60 degrees outside...

Heres the bad news... you guess it.. He's not eating.....

I' tried to find some Garlic Guard.. but Petco didnt have any.. I'll try PetSmart tomorrow and see if they have it...

What i've been using is Gel Tek Ampicillin Medication eat

But i doubt this stuff actually works...
I'll also try to get some baby crickets tmr...

good thing he is swimming ok...he'll eat sooner or later;) have you tried small crickets?
 
Sadly..i haven't I even went to a pet store to get some food.. but totally forgot crickets.. I'll go back tmr..

Its now day 2 and the injured Aro is doing very well.. aside from his wounds..

Swimming like a normal arow and has eaten some food.. But no idea what they are.. So far the food i have put inside are (Bine Shrimp, Blood worms and Arowana Sticks) I've never actually seen him eat, so i dont like what he likes..

Also I have a feeling that this arowana's growth has been stud for some time... We'll see how it goes in time..
