I got a mossy frog!

nice! never seen one of those before. like to see what you put it up in too. and pics of the carpet! and the mom if you have it. haha. really quite a cute frog, looks little.
I don't think this one is his but hes using it as an example.He said he would post his pics soon.Either way I'm sure it looks just like this one,lol.
The lighting in my room is horrible, so I'm trying to figure out that dilemma... Right now his viv has a substrate of 'hydro balls' with sphagnum moss on top, with a north american pitcher plant and a small bromeliad. Today I bought him an 'angel plant', because it looked like to would provide more shelter. Unfortunately, turns out the plants are poisonous :/ Oh well, it looks great next to the enclosure! I stuck it in a pot I used to use for bamboo, and it has a little stylized frog on it!

Prolific yes they are but good luck finding a female. Very very male heavy. I swear I would give my left are for a female.
If there is any chance you will send me a pm as to who has a female if they still have her and I get her I will hook you up with froglets when I get some.......

Sorrym kearth. I have no idea of the seller's name. He told me his name, but I can't remember. He had a very tiny table, no banner or anything, just a viv and these 2 frogs. He was super polite though, and very knowledgeable, and gave me lots of good frog dealers and info. He was selling them for 55 each, 95 for both. I was on my last 50 bucks, so I went ahead and got the male, because I wanted to hear the call at night.
I didn't know what I was missing, I guess. I am interested in breeding them, though. Hopefully I will come across a female sometime. If I do breed them, I'm sure I'll make a big fat thread about it, so you're welcome to contact me for some tadpoles!
Can I see a pic of yours and your setup? If you breed them, it would be great if you could hook me up with some babies, at whatever size they become sexable.

Females are very hard to come by and run upwards of $300-$500 so if had a pair ( a proven pair that is) nto just what he was calling a pair he was nuts to sell a female for that.
That is what a male looks like. See the large nuptial pads. Females still have nuptial pads just smaller and also call as well.
This is a realy bad pic of their set up. Filter in the corner 3-5 inches of water and driftwood to get out of the water and that is about it.
I will try to take a better one.
