at the 'Bama Breeze
Today at the LFS I was surprised to see a motoro stingray for sale. I have never seen one in my area before. She was in a tank with at least half a dozen huge african clawed frogs, some JDs, some oscars, and some big royal plecos! Of course she was not happy. She was also a little skinny but I wanted to see if she would eat. When the employee dropped a bunch of ghost shrimp in of course the frogs and cichlids were in a frenzy, but most surprisingly she worked her way through the frenzy and grabbed a few shrimp herself!

My girlfriend and I fell in love with her heart and decided to take her home where she could be happy. When everything was said and done I bought her for a grand total of $37.15, not a bad deal at all I suppose.

However, she does have two bite marks on her disk from the frogs. What should I do to rememdy these injuries?

Ill try to post a pic of her acclimating.

OK I could not get a pic uploaded, it said that the file was too big and I am not computer literate enough to resize it! :swear:

Yes post a picture of it...

Are the wounds fresh...if so treat it....otherwise it will be fine...

What size tank are you putting it in?

For 37 bucks you got a deal....with the bite marks even....

As far as resizing the picture jusy up it in your photo shop anf resize it

I dont think I have photo shop. When I open it to edit the photo it is in paint and I cant figure out how to resize it.

How can I tell if the wounds are fresh. They look white like they have started to heal.

She will be in my 55 with my retic and the tank will grow with them.

good pick up....good luck
