Oh god he's got betta fever!!!!!! Once you have been bitten by the betta bug there is no stopping it! Those are beautiful fish, I would try breeding some of them.

Well, I am saddened to announce that the "Half Moon- blue, pink -Butterfly" did not make it. He had hiccups, but was very active. Unfortunately, this was not enough to save him. He kept laying on his side and when I went to check on them around 8pm, he was flat on his side. I ran out the door with him straight back to Petco. I was not going to be screwed out of $15 again. He took his last breath as I handed him over. RIP little pink guy...
A few weeks back, I had gotten a HM, he also died, but vanished so I was out $15. I will no longer be buying the HM at Petco, it's just too risky. The others seem to be doing ok, I will check on them as soon as I wake in the morning.
