i understand you. i felt like killin my bichir a few times cuz he ate my frontosa, my clown loach, my sick auratus and tried to eat my convict and a lot of times he seems to smell the food but right when he gets there he turns away and continues smelling around. all he does is dart around and bump into the other fish and do stupid ****. but hes still alive.
if u boiled the fish then its no big deal but detergent is a no go. plus cons are some mean fish. what goes around comes around. still theyre just fish and they dont know better.

I don't see what the big deal is although there probably was a better way to do it. I've killed plenty of suckers and carp by puncturing their air bladder. I guess it's different being that they were in your care instead of being killed to help reach management goals, though.

To me this is more about responsable fish keeping. He was overstocked and should not have added the new loach. Granted there are acceptable reasons for putting down fish. I would dought that you took pleasure in putting these fish down, and after it was done, did you "feel better"? As a father of two teenagers, Mystix's actions are disturbing to me.
