wow, sorry bout the leak, i must say, THE CAT DID IT lol.jk

anyways, i have real hardwood and it;s a byatch , i set up my tank january, and believe it or not, my dog chewed my python siphon while i was doing water change. water everywhere !!!

i ended up buying another one, and whenever i do water change, my dogs are out of site haha!

I think you need to move the tank since, "It happened again." The floors can only take so much. The floor is soaked which is damaging then it has to support your tanks massive weight after drying. Good Luck
