i wouldnt buy something before i knew what it was, theres no logic in that. id know what i was buying before i bought anything. its the stores fault for hiring employees with inadequate knowledge/experience. even if i didnt pick up this deal, someone who didnt know what they where doing would have come along and ended up even worse. and yeah maby all the people who pick up deals where they can shouldnt "deserve having a LFS nearby" ??? are u serious
-just my 2 cents
Evidently you don't see the hypocrisy on the one hand, of trying to give new fish hobbyists good, reliable info, being a guru to many, and on the other hand, doing the same thing many people complain that unscrupulous LFS owners and managers do by ripping them off. If you're standing behind someone you know at a register and money falls from their pocket, do you hand it to them or wait hoping they'll walk away and not realize that they lost money and you're a sleaze for not telling them about it ?

Do you switch price labels on products too or do you eventually draw a line somewhere?

Yes, I'm serious. I would have only posted the once, hoping this thread would die a fast death or be deleted by a responsible mod. That didn't happen. You asked, I answered. People that do this sort of thing deserve having a crappy fish store nearby, owned by someone rich, looking for a tax write-off, killing the possibility that a good one would open near them. Dan

the only line i know is the one that divides the fast lane form the slow lane :headbang2

lol as far the whole morals and ethics stuff..... in this situation i could really care less. if you dont like the thread why dont you let it die instead of keeping it up thith more comments.
