^agree with post above.
Anywho as for moving in with the grandparents there is a reason he did move out and I can understand why he wouldnt want to go back, he was treated extremely poorly by his other family members who dont like him. With what I ve read over the years he has been on here it would be bad for him to move back with them.... thats why he moved in the first place. I do agree he needs to go get a job though and you can have one on SSI if you work under so many hours.... so thats what he needs to do and earn some of that money instead. Also needs to learn how to manage money... honestly if he just spent money on feeding his fish, got a large bottle of prime do decholr etc. (which will last for a lonnnng time cuse a few drops treats a large amount of water) and replaced the filter material when needed it shouldnt cost that much to keep them, I don't know why you spend so much on them and you shouldnt be buying dechlor or food on a monthly basis if you buy right. Managing money is the key. He says he gets almost $800.
If his total bills are under $320-380 like he said then he should have say $420 left over. I dont believe he has a car? so I wouldnt worry about gas. If he wants to eat healthy for one person shouldnt cost more than $100 a month.. (i eat healthy and we buy for two and we dont spend a lot). Now he has $320 left over... ok so this is what he can save... rent/electric/water is already paid and food has been bought. Say put $20 a side in a jar incase he needs to buy filter material for his tank. Now he has $300 and no NEED to spend it on anything..... so put that in the bank and save it. Dont get internet or cable or any other luxury and just save that money... at the end of the year you should have $3,600 saved up. Now of course things dont always work this way and sometimes you need an extra $40-80 if you over spend on grocerys or something. Again you need to learn to manage money and live with in your means... those are probably your means. You have a roof over your head, electricity and water... you can buy healthy that is what you NEED to live. Get a job. Worry about everything else later. Learn how to grocery shop for healthy foods, sales, etc.. and what you actually need... dont waste money on junk food.
