First off I do realize that the kid needs a bigger tank. But then again he does too. It kind of annoys me that most of the comments on this thread have been nothing but insults. However if he had titled the thread "JDM MONSTER TANK" and had 56 P-bass in a 250 completely devoid of any and all natural and comforting aspects of a fish's habitat, All most people would say is "nice P-bass", or some B.S. like that. And before you deny it go ahead and read almost any of the threads with the letters JDM in the title.

hey, when i got these i knew they would get big and had a bigger tank planned for them.

But you should have had the tank and/or the okay from your parents before you crammed all those fish in there.

Well i didnt but that could be turned around to say what idiot kept all those fish in a 55 in the first place

'Nuff said.

To the OP, your best bet at this point is to find a Bass Pro Shops or a PRIVATE pond and hand the fish over. Even if you did get a 500 gallon tank, you would either need to set up a drip system, or siphon the water during water changes, which will take hours.

it takes a couple hours a week to do water changes with my 7 tanks already, once i get a bigger tank i will get rid of all but a smallsaltwater tank, the 55 and 38 gallon

you deff need a bigger tank!
