I really need help quick!

They move and oxygenate water.

To oxygenate uou have to mount the venturi, which is tube that uou insert near where the water jets out of the powerhead and gets air mixed in..
 
Fully cycled tank with zero nitrates, whats your secret?

It's not that I'm inexperienced and I don't appreciate you bashing me when I'm seeking help. I did the API test yesterday maybe I misread it, I will do it again. As for the power head I had a brain fart.

did not test high ph if you guys suggest it I will. The fish today look better swimming around more, less flickering but still occurring. More of there social habits are coming back. Breathing has seem to be more improved.
