Keep up with the water changes. Increase them. Your nitrates seem too high for my sore eyes, looking at the pix..

This is the readings from my tap water I use for water changes. Mind you my ph lowers in the tank. Also they also have ich. But all fish are eating and responding to me when I open the glass. I am doing a partial water change everyday day. What medication should I use, I have copper safe and metronidazole (powder form). Less rapid breathing but a few of them are still sitting close to the bottom but they are swimming around for parts of the day. Also added a power head. Thanks for all who have input.

I would add aquarium salt and turn the temp up . keep up the partial water changes every day or every other day. ich will not survive in warmer waters along with aquarium salt .
