So it looks like you are trickling over your bioballs and they aren't constantly submerged?
 
That's the correct way to use them. I was under the impression they were completely submerged. Should suffice for now.
 
I have now made both sides level in water depth, I just figured it out today sometime ago I had to replace one of the sponges the one I replaced it with slowed the waterflo
 
What do you folks think should I remove one of the porets then I would have A bigger area on the return side then add A bunch of ceramics and A few airstones and A strong pump.
I think I will put this ? up on the filteration section as well I think many more folks will see it there
