I'd use the rabbit turd as fertilizer not python turd

Haha, either way. But I doubt I'd breed rabbits, as I can mass order F/T without all the rabbit crap, extra food, and the pure stench of rabbits. Ugh, I hate rabbits.

Plus... it's GOOD EATIN'

Yum, yum... TASTES LIKE CHICKEN!

Or chickens taste like rabbits? Hmmmmmm....

honestly, all you need is one male and 1 female, or 3 or at the most if u need lots, feed them mostly hay and grass (alfafas great for the females when breeding) and abit of dry food on the side and itll be sound. I used to breed em as a kid but only have two adults now, one just roams the garden (goes off its food when stuck in a cage) and it eats mostly grass and hay and abit of alfafa sometimes and as i said some normal food. If you wanna be extra nice carrots, cucumber, apple, and bread/toast is great for em. If you get a good breeder youll get 8/9 possibly more a litter and can have 3 litters a year each at least, but if kept in great condition alot more. If you dont want all the ****, keep em in an oudoor pen with a hutch with sum hay in the hutch for em, you'll never have to pick up a **** again as you can move the pen about :)

If the demand is high enough, I will probably breed them. But for now ordering F/T is fine with me. But once I start breeding BCI/BCC's and the need is strong for feeders, I will most likely get a breeding trio of rabbits, and then I'd only need to order F/T for the babies.

why for the babies, so others can feed them on f/t when they buy em?

Well, the adults would get rabbits that had been thumped(dead), But I'd have to have rats or mice to feed the babies, as you cant really feed a neonate a rabbit, even if it was a newborn rabbit I dont think a baby boa would be able to eat it, so I'd be ordering F/T pinky mice/rats until the babies had gone through there first shed and then I could sell them. I dont want to breed rats, they make me want to puke.

trust me, a young boa could take on a baby rabbit, they are born after about a month so are hairless and very tiny, if they couldn't feed on it straight away they would after a few feeds defo. yeah i don't like rats much either, more hassle than their worth :)

Most boa constrictors won't be able to take on a newborn rabbit for about two years. :screwy:

Yup. Thats why I gotta order F/T rats/mice.

Yep, and even then you can get about 8 months worth of F/T rats for a single boa in one shipping. Why bother breeding your own when it is cheaper to get them at a dollar to three dollars a jumbo?

Hell, if you know the right supplier, you can get full-size 10-15lbs meat rabbits for about $5 each and smaller rabbits for even less!
