i want a desk tank.....

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
make shore you have a good lid and a condension tray to minimise avaporasion and check the salinity every day you can acept when your not their also do weekly water changes just before the weekend so when your not their the tank will be full and should limit avaporasion

I almost forgot about those little tanks. My LFS has one setup as a salt. He normally has two baby false percs in it with a maxi-mini carpet. Not they route I would go though, on a tank that is three gallons.

I would so some softies, a sexy shrimp, and hermit or two.

Yes this would be a good stocking for a 3g you could also do a watchman but the aquarium i was on about was a 5g hex not a 3g

i would do some clown gobies. they stay smal

what about a mantis shrimp?

Im sure someone who is better versed in stomatos could give you better insight, but the N. wennerae really needs a 10 gallon tank, and thats the easiest to get small mantis (i think).

For real? Thats awesome...I thought the mini carpets pretty much devoured fish though.

Too big, at least...to my knowledge.

It could have been a green florida ricordia but it really looked like a mini carpet, I could be wrong though.

The badassness of carpets...that could be kept in a 3g.

Sorry. I think I just got a little excited.

i recently saw a guy with a mantis in a 5 gallon bio cube type tank.
i will do some research.
i was thinkin a long tentacle with it in the center with no live rock. just it in the center flowering out of the sand. maybe with some small rocks with zoas and shrooms in the back corners. and a clown if i can get one to host
