What you guys are failing to realize is that there is little limit too any of this stuff. Virtually anything can be made street legal, provided there is: Lights, horn, mirrors, windshield wipers, etc.

That's my point. I can cut a car into pieces, and put it back together leaving out half of what I took off, and still make it legal. I work on cars for a living (body shop). If you've had them apart, you know what I mean. If you have the right tools, materials, and knowledge you can make just about anything work. Not sure about the rest of the country, but here, wipers aren't even required, nor a windshield....... as long as you have goggles. That's why rail buggies are fairly popular.

edit..wipers are required if you have a windshield, but not if you don't
