Indeed trying to get my temps up over 30 anybody know if i will have problems with my lung and these temperatures?

Update my tank is upto 30 degrees almost i plan to get it just over 30 hopefully..
The arrow ate 3 sardines last night he took them well and gently yet aggresively. He is swimming around alot more this morning usually he sits in his spot against the glass most of the day but today hes been much better
I still have ich in the tank though im pretty sure so hopefully the 30+ deg and some salt will fix that up.
Nitrites went upto 0.25ppm after a bit of a feed ( i wanted to get some food into all of them) the next day but its back to 0 again today.
