Thanks! Iono why it keeps posting on the side..that belly stripe throws everyone off.. That's why I can't get am I'd on it..I know for a fact it's attacking my red eye tetras because I witnessed it.. I went from 6 to 1 in a matter of 2 weeks and the loss of my 2 Congo tetras and the dozen of guppies..thanks again for the help

That means you need get him some buddies of same species to lessen the aggressive on other species. Solo tetras are nasty as heck.

Or just a random tetra that was caught along with popular tetras before import them to U.S.

Looks like a mutated congo tetra.
It looks closer to a congo tetra than a yellow congo tetra.

It will never find the right school to swim in! ...unless that LFS had 5 more of it.

It's Collett's Tetra, an african tetra species closely related to Congo Tetras.
