florida longnose?

i would say long nose but not sure with the coloration.

It is Lepisosteus osseus ... To make an effort to try to keep this post on topic (as it is a darn tootin impressive L. osseus.. Something I do not say often) please do not just make stuff up or post for the sake of it... This is going to just wreck this thread and I'd hate to see that this time.

lepisosteus osseus = longnose

i just said i wasnt sure with the coloration cause i have not seen a longnose with such beautiful coloration.

i would think florida but it has a long nose but thats my opinion

colouration has nothing to do with ID purposes unless it comes to shortnose gars and it's hybrids. this is longnose and a WOW WOW one at that!
