Body looks like that but tail is reddish with larger green/blue dots..

and how's Cichla and Geos together working out? I always thought feeding will be a problem..

If the black lateral spot is 2 scales x 2 scales or smaller, they are altifrons.

I've circled the midlateral spots on your Geos. Because of the small size of the spot, and the absense of facial markings of any kind, I'm inclined to say they're a type of G. altifrons (as mentioned on page 2).
