So you said you picked this fish up from rapps? Rapps didn't have any "runts" for sale in the Rio parana batch. I spoke to rapps, so far I'm the only domestics purchase as of right now, the rest are for export. I'm sure I won't be the only one, I reccomend people to jump on these while they are available. So I don't know where you got your runt from but your story is a little fishy. Plus that doesn't look anything like the Rio parana kels. It looks more like an occel possibly. Nothing worse than lying about id. Your losing credibility in my book fast.
