Yeah that looks like Bleheri to me too.
Mine were the opposite way around. Sold to be as Bleheri, but are actually Gachua of some description (no-ones confirmed for sure yet.)
The caudal fin does looks similar to Ch.bleheri. The fish in the picture has ventral fins which Ch.bleheri lack. The fish is Ch.gachua, and yes they do have the eye spot on the fin when young, this dissapears after they get about 2" or so.

Certainly looks like C bleheri, but has caudal fins so can't be?! I've never seen any variety of gachua with full orange and black barred pectoral fins either so don't know lol.
Also looks too long and thin for a gachua which are usually shorter and thicker in the body.
