On mine, the upper jaw is straight, and the mouth closes fully.
The body is not as round on mine also, which makes mine resemble a red devil more than a blood parrot.
I do like those blood parrots I see at wal-marts, their mouth looks better than the others I see at some LFS.
I like mine more than the rest because it will not look grotesque when it's older.

I never knew that blood parrots were so exclusive so I'm curious about who is producing them, and where.
