Can we get some more pics of this? I was looking at my Carpinte x BP and it looks almost exactly like this one, but about 2" long.
My wild guess would be that it's not a direct pure bred x another pure bred hybrid.
If I was to guess, I'd say........ festae X carpinte crossed with a very classic ZZ FH or a trimac.
Carpinte x BP would be a RT, even if they aren't faded like this one don't quite look like this.
Just my wild guess, but yes it's not just a carpinte x BP mix almost certain.

the pearling and the color on the fin looks alot like the jack dempsey. not saying it is just saying its similar to it. please dont flame me! lol

How big is your carpinte x BP ? Don't "assume" that you are the only one with the direct experience and all others just guessing away with none

Again, I am pretty sure you are sayng yours look just alike as the one above geing discussed about, but how big is yours?
Pics to prove? Pics speak more than words.Carpinte x BPs do come out with less pearls as these examples(lower grades) very often, but body shape wise and all, looks same as thses above.
