For 3 arowanas, you will need ATLEAST a 6-700g to keep aggression levels down... a 1.2m tank will NOT hold any of these for more than 6 months...

i agree your tank is to small

1.2 meters would be approx. 4 feet. their going to need atleast and 8 footer and chances are your jar will kill all tankmates.

serious ????? so i think im going to order a bigger tank for them..thanks for ur advise guys...i'm going to order a 8 foot tank soon

We said at least... To thin out the aggression I suggest at least a 10'x4'x30"

well if u think u'll keep those 3 aro for life, so get bigger tank best for silver, just take good care of those three :D

why is it on every arowana thread theres always your tank too small this and that, if he wants to put um in that size tank let um.
i think he just wanted an i.d. on the fish not an instigation

What do you mean every thread? It is too small, that's not an understatement. If he wants them to die in that size tank is what you meant to say. It is not an instigation, we are actually helping him. You need to get your facts straight like a few other MFK members.

if you wanna help you gotta get the facts str8 too
jardinis tend to be more aggressive then silvers and probably wont get along as if it were 3 silvers.
he needs to worry more if the jar will get along with the silvers.
600-700 gallons? what dimensions? 72x72x30 is about 675 but i bet they more comfortable in a 96x48x30 which is about 600
he's new to aros he has to learn for himself, trial and error, not all people are fortunate to get those big tanks/ponds or have the space for them. i wouldnt discourage him by telling him it gets too big for his tank, he gotta find out by himself and learn from the mistakes.
