great fish, not as aggressive as normal firemouths.

hard to find in my area, thats for sure. haven't seen them around here in years.

for some unpaticular reson it is very aggresive towards my other fish

Definitely Thorichthys. I've only heard ellioti/maculipinnis called "golden firemouth", but that's only a common name so that doesn't really mean much-it does look a little more like an Elliot's to me, but it could just be a different color variety of aureum than I've kept

I can't believe there was any debate as to what this was. Not a Jack, not a jewel, certainly not a GT. Clearly has many Firemouth traits. Thorichthys Elloiti would be my guess.
