Definately not a Urophthalmus.

Its a Tilapia Mariae, I believe.. Dieselmack has collected these for his tanks before. Very common in the canals.

This is definately how they look and I can even see the spots forming. Thanks for helpin me figure this out everyone, your geniuses.
