ID This Crab

Hey, I know this was posted a few months ago, but I wanted to reply anyway. I have this same crab! My LFS told me it was a Cheetah Crab too. I have been searching and can't find any info on it at all. The only picture or mention I've found is this thread. I will let you know if I do find out any more info on it.
I do love my crab. It's very fast, and can climb out of aquariums quite stealthily! I've caught him 3 times over this last year, and that is with a full tank lid, and I've had to retape the lid to the tank multiple times. He's a crafty guy.

I just read that you lost him! I'm so sorry to hear that!
I seriously one time found mine in the bathroom, it had run clear from my front living room to the very back of the house. I honestly don't know how he got out, but like I mentioned, they are very stealthy. I've only seen the one that I bought, never seen them since in any fish store. But they are very cool. Sorry about your loss.
