Sorry mike, but not all OB's are hybrids. OB peacocks are definitely hybrids, but OB estherae are not.

Well...can you get another shot by any chance? In the pic you've posted, it seems to have more of a peacock-shaped body, but that may just be the picture. If you know the mother is a mbuna, then it shouldn't be peacock shaped, so maybe I'm just seeing things ;)
 
I see my mistake I was unaware that there was a .1% of the population was OB... I thought it was a color morph in the hobby... but I was correct on the peacock...

that was sarcasm... I was joking in case anyone missed that..
 
i have male and female peacocks in the 125 as well.. and one peacock is ob..i did not notice her holding but could be.. here is another picture.Thanks
