i beleive these are the parents {zebras}

Those can't be the parents...they're two males. The first one is a kenyi (lombardoi) male, the second looks like a cobalt (callainos) male. Plus, even if these two were male and female, the odds of them having an OB baby are highly unlikely...I believe one parent would have to carry a recessive OB gene, but it might have to be both, I'm not sure...and unless one (or both) were hybrids, lombardoi and callainos shouldn't have recessive OB genes....
